Joseph S. Silver

Joe Silver has been practicing law in Tampa since 1980. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Lawyer and Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Mediator in all State Courts. Since graduating from the University of Florida in 1978 Mr. Silver has specialized in the the field of civil litigation and trial. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is regularly listed in publications as an expert in his field.

He has conducted numerous seminars on topics relating to the trial of civil actions. Primarily representing Florida's major insurance companies from 1982 until 1999 Mr. Silver now exclusively represents plaintiff's injured by the negligence of others, consults with other attorneys on matters involving insurance contracts and serves as an expert witness, mediator and arbitrator for Plaintiff's attorneys.
